Pastor Chris Abernathy answered his call to the ministry of the Word in 1989,
after serving faithfully under the leadership of Pastor William L. Sheals of Hopewell Baptist Church in Norcross, Georgia.
The Holy Spirit ushered him into a crash course, teaching him many things concerning the prophetic.
His unusual spiritual growth and maturity granted him potentials to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
God has cultivated his calling into a powerful, dynamic prophetic ministry. He has traveled extensively ministering the Word of God with miracles,
signs, and wonders following his ministry.
Currently he is serving the Lord as pastor of True Vine Ministries in Columbus, Georgia,
while also laboring in Chris Abernathys' Worldwide Ministries.
We believe in the second coming of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.
We believe in one God who is Creator of all things and of triune nature - God the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
We believe in the Deity of Jesus Christ - the only begotten Son of God, conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the
virgin Mary, crucified, buried and resurrected, ascended to heaven and is seated at the right hand of the Father.
We believe the entire Bible from Genesis to Revelation, that all Scripture are given by the inspiration of God.
We believe that salvation is by grace through faith and is a gift of God for all men through the shed blood of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.
We believe in the eternal blessedness of the saved, and eternal punishment of the lost.
We believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit as district from new birth, and in speaking with other tongues as the Spirit gives utterance.

To preach and disseminate the gospel of Jesus Christ, whereby souls may be saved and conformed to the image of Jesus Christ. |
